6. Can I adjust the font style and size?

By default, there are two styles of text throughout the app, bold and non bolded plain text.

You have the ability to change the font family and style of the bold and non bold text separately. You can also increase the size of most all text throughout the app. To update these settings:
  1. Access the Settings page

  2. Then scroll down to the My Style section



  3. To update the bold text, tap the Bolded/Group Header Font row



    Then scroll through the list and tap the font family and style you prefer



  4. To update the non bold plain text, tap the General Font row



    Then scroll through the list and tap the font family and style you prefer



  5. To update the text size, tap the - or + buttons in the Text Size row



7. How do I add, update or remove items from the list?

If you want to add an item:

  1. Tap the button

  2. After entering the details, tap the "Save" button to commit your changes or tap the "Cancel" button to lose any changes.



If you want to update an item:

  1. Tap the item you want to update



  2. The details page will then load with the details for that item, after updating the details, tap the "Save" button to commit your changes or tap the "Cancel" button to lose any changes.



If you want to delete an item(s):

  1. Tap the button, and then tap the "Delete" option



  2. Then tap the rows you want to delete or select all rows by tapping the select all button. To complete deleting the selected rows, tap the remove button. To cancel deleting, tap the cancel button.



8. How do I filter the items?

The Filter page lists the fields you have enabled, to access filtering tap the button then tap the Filter option



  • The Date field section allows you to filter by providing a start and/or through date.



    Or

    You can choose a date range shortcut which will automatically calculate and display the start and through date based on the current date. The list includes a Date Is Missing and Date Is Not Missing shortcut if needed.

    NOTE: Editing the start and/or through date manually will disable the automatic calculation of the date range.



  • The other fields allow you to select from the list of existing items.





  • If you want to clear all existing filters, tap the "Show All" button in the upper right corner of the "Filter" page:



    To clear just the start and through dates, tap the "Show All" row in the Date field section.



    To clear the existing filter for a single column, tap that row then on the next page tap the "Show All" button.





9. How do I export items from the list?

  1. Tap the button, and then tap the Send option



  2. Next on the Export Options screen you have these options:



    • Title: the title will be included in the report and will also be the subject of the email message

    • Text Size: this option allows you to make the text larger or smaller in the exported report, this does not affect the text size in the CSV file.

    • Output: this option allows you to choose the layout of the output and if you want single or multiple files

    • Sum Number Fields: this option allows you to enable the summing of all numeric fields based on the grouping of the items

    • Filename: the name of the output file

    • Summary Filename: the name of tabular summary file (if enabled)

    • Include CSV: includes tabular summary in a CSV file

    • Include PDF: includes PDF files (if enabled)

    • Portrait Orientation: determines if the PDF is generated in portrait or landscape orientation

    • PDF Password: add an extra layer of security by password protecting the all PDF files.

      Passwords can only be added to the PDF files; all other file will not required a password to open. If you need to secure your output then you should turn off the include csv option because the csv will not require a password to open.

  3. Tap the "Continue" button



    Then choose how you want to export your items

10. Can I hide or change the preview image size?

You can choose between 3 image sizes or you can hide images.

Note: this only applies to to the images displayed within the app and has no effect on the exported image size.

To change the image size:
  1. Access the Settings page and scroll down to the "Items" section then tap the "Image Size" row



  2. Next, tap the option you would prefer from the list
